I was born and raised in Vancouver, where my passion for cooking began at an early age. By 15, I had already secured my first full-time position in a professional kitchen, laying the foundation for a career built on dedication, discipline, and continuous growth.
By the age of 22, I had worked my way through the industry to become a Head Chef, gaining valuable experience leading teams and creating elevated dining experiences. Along the way, I also had the opportunity to work as a food stylist on film and television sets an experience that sharpened my attention to detail, creativity, and the visual presentation of food.
My career has included senior chef roles with Chase Hospitality Group and Cambridge Mills, where I further developed my leadership style and refined my approach to high-volume, high-quality dining. Today, I bring that experience to MLSE as the Head Chef of the Platinum Club at Scotiabank Arena.
Inspired by my love of travel and international cuisine, my cooking reflects a balance of global flavours, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful execution. My goal is to create dishes that feel both exciting and approachable food that elevates the game-day experience and leaves a lasting impression for every guest.
