WELL Health-Safety Rating an important step as we continue to prepare to welcome fans back once deemed safe by all levels of government and public health officials. We cannot wait to eventually welcome you back to Scotiabank Arena and for now we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our fans, staff, athletes, artists and crew. We are getting ready to be Back in Action and better than ever. As we continue to develop new plans and procedures, we will update this page to give you, our fans, all the information you need!
WELL Health-Safety Rating
Scotiabank Arena is the first Canadian sports & entertainment arena to have earned the WELL Health-Safety Rating through the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing building and space types focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement and emergency plans to address a post-COVID-19 environment now and into the future.
All tickets for Scotiabank Arena events will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from fans’ mobile devices at the arena to maintain a contactless fan experience.

What is WELL?
The WELL Health-Safety Rating, which consists of a subset of relevant features from the WELL Building Standard™ (WELL™) adapted for facility operations and management, was informed by the COVID-19 pandemic, but has broader applicability for supporting the long-term health and safety needs of people in a given space. As organizations across the globe respond to the COVID-19 crisis by making updates to their policies and protocols, the WELL Health-Safety Rating provides an efficient and effective opportunity to guide, validate, recognize and scale the efforts of owners and operators on critical health and safety issues. The third-party review process ensures integrity and consistency, and results in a WELL Health-Safety seal, communicating leadership and a commitment to the health and well-being of the people who frequent the space. We have enjoyed supporting your organization through this initial milestone of your WELL HealthSafety Rating journey and look forward to continuing our work together to transform the future of how buildings, communities and organizations support health!
How do I access my mobile tickets?
How do I purchase mobile tickets?
You can purchase tickets to upcoming events in the same way you would previously. Tickets can be purchased at Ticketmaster.ca and placed into your account for mobile delivery.

My event was cancelled or rescheduled from before COVID-19. What do I do?
Visit our COVID-19 Event Status page for the most accurate and up to date information on all events. Your tickets for the original scheduled concert date will be valid for the newly scheduled date, so make sure you hold onto your original tickets!
