About the Menu

My focus here in The Hot Stove is a blend of traditional flavours, and seasonality. I love to pull inspiration from my Italian roots, as well as from my time working and travelling in Italy, and combine that into dishes that are both comforting and creative. I work to provide the guest with an experience that is both familiar and yet elevated, showcasing some of the best our Ontario seasons have to offer, while still keeping the fantastic steaks we offer as the stars of the menu.

FARM TO TABLE

Just 90 km from Scotiabank arena, in the lush pastureland of Alliston, Ontario, our culinary team paid a visit to St.Helen’s farm. From our premium, individual cattle selection at grading, to a meticulous 6-week dry aging technique for perfect marbling, our process is tailored to bring you the highest quality beef in Canada. Our custom front of house meat locker provides additional age, and Hot Stove’s expert butchery team cuts beautifully crafted Kansas City steaks and double cut, bone-in rib eyes on site. Hot Stove is proud to be curating and crafting a premium dining experience, serving hand selected, locally sourced Ontario steaks and prime rib sandwiches exclusively at Scotiabank Arena.
